All of our Security Officers are fully licensed and regulated by the SIA (Security Industry Authority) this includes Static Guarding, Door Supervisors, CCTV and Close Protection.
What insurances do you have?
Our company has has full public liability insurance and employee liability insurance to include the use of dogs.
Do you train new officers?
We carry out training at our head office and work with a training school to ensure you can achieve the relevant training to obtain an SIA Licence.
How quickly can you get me a security officer?
A Security Officer can be dispatched within 2 hours to any location.
How do you ensure the safety of people working on their own?
All of our Security Officers are monitored 24 hours a day by our control room and automated systems any issues are escalated to the management team.
Do your officers have uniform?
All of our Security Officers are fully uniformed and identifiable at your assignment promoting a positive image of both Thelien Security Group and yourselves.
