When you appoint us as keyholders, you are enlisting a full and thorough security assessment and response service for your property.
Keyholding officers are dispatched to your property in the incidence of an alarm activation or call out. In the event of a serious situation, your nominated emergency contact will be contacted for further instructions. Otherwise, we will act in accordance with previously agreed guidelines.
We can take care of any issues, including arranging for the attendance of emergency service or repair companies, ensuring the property is left fully secure. We can also arrange an alarm engineer, if necessary and if your system is linked to an alarm receiving centre, we can organise for this to be reset.
Our Edge Security certified key guard will conduct a free survey of your home or premises, to gain a full understanding of the layout, alarm system, entry procedures and operational guidelines. Once issued with a receipt for your keys, they are sealed and coded in our secure control room, only accessible by our authorised and SIA licensed staff.
